Maximise Your Wealth with Tailored Investment Strategies and Tax-Efficient Savings
We empower our clients with investment solutions that not only aim for high returns but also smart tax savings — across ISAs, Collective Investment Accounts, Investment Bonds, and VCTs.
Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs)
An ISA is a powerful tool for anyone looking to save money without the burden of tax on interest, dividends, or capital gains.
Types of ISAs
Benefits
Tax Efficiency
No income tax or capital gains tax on the returns from your ISA investments.
Flexibility
Wide range of investment options, from safe cash savings to stocks and shares.
Accessibility
Funds are more accessible compared to other tax-efficient vehicles like pensions, with fewer restrictions on withdrawals.
For ISAs, investors do not pay any personal tax on income or gains, but ISAs may pay unrecoverable tax on income from stocks and shares received by the ISA managers. Tax treatment varies according to individual circumstances and is subject to change.
You will incur a lifetime ISA government withdrawal charge (currently 25%) if you transfer the funds to a different ISA or withdraw the funds before age 60 and you may therefore get back less than you paid into a lifetime ISA.
By saving in a lifetime ISA instead of enrolling in, or contributing to an auto-enrolment pension scheme, occupational pension scheme, or personal pension scheme: (i) you may lose the benefit of contributions from your employer (if any) to that scheme; and (ii) your current and future entitlement to means tested benefits (if any) may be affected.
VCT Investments
Venture Capital Trusts are investment companies listed on the London Stock Exchange designed to provide private equity capital to small expanding companies. VCTs offer attractive tax incentives to investors willing to take on a higher risk for the potential of substantial rewards.
Venture Capital Trusts invest in assets that are high risk and can be difficult to sell. The value of the investment and the income from it can fall as well as rise and investors may not get back what they originally invested, even taking into account the tax benefits.
Collective Investment Accounts
A Collective Investment Account (CIA) is designed for medium- to long-term investment, offering a flexible way to hold a wide variety of assets in one convenient place, with no limits on the amounts you can invest. Investors often use the CIA alongside ISAs, enabling easy transfer of assets to take advantage of available tax allowances each tax year.
The value of investments and the income they produce can fall as well as rise. You may get back less than you invested. Tax treatment varies according to individual circumstances and is subject to change.
